The new Portable 16’ Alley & Tub has been redesigned for maximum safety and ease of towing. This is a truly portable system, enhanced by a collapsible cattle tub and structural improvements to the frame of the unit. The new manual jacks lift the unit with a single handle, simplifying the process of transporting your unit greatly. The system has also been enhanced with the new 3E BudFlow® that drastically improves cattle flow into and out of the tub.
Transportation
The new portable has been drastically improved with an improved hitch has an added gusset for additional support, the wheels are easily installed or removed with two pins, and the bracket can be adjusted into three different positions to work with different vehicles. Available with a 2.3125” ball hitch or pin hitch, to add additional flexibility to your towing setup.
New 3E System [PATENT-PENDING]
The new 3E BudFlow® system allows cattle to see more light, and gives them the impression they are escaping rather than entering an enclosed space. The system features a new panel to the side of the alley, and low 30” sheeting on the first panel cattle see upon entering the tub. The new 3E System greatly improves cattle entry into the tub, and prevents hold-ups as they go to enter the alley.
Easy Flow Cattle Alleys
The 8’ Easy Flow Cattle Alley sections are designed to ensure your cattle move smoothly through your system, one at a time. Both sides of the alley can easily be adjusted from one side and range from 29.5” to 18” to handle cattle of any size. Easy Flow Adjustable Alleys narrow in the center, rather than to one side, ensuring there is no awkward transition for cattle when moving from alley to chute.
Collapsible Tub
The new Portable Alley & Tub has been designed for easier transportation with a collapsible tub that measures just 64” wide when folded in. The compact tub is secured with a ratchet strap, ensuring it won’t go anywhere while you’re on the road.
